Hobby Direct offers professional repair service for most products we sell online or purchased elsewhere.

REPAIRS
All repairs are carried out by professional technician and are tested on completion for your piece of mind. Repair labor costs are fixed plus postage back to you. Should your repair exceed the cost of a product, we are prepared to offer you a new product or if we don't have one in stock we we can order a replacement one in.

Repairs are based on a 1 hr service period. If your repair exceeds this period we will contact you.

We deliver by Australia Post, Australia Post Express and Courier.
Repairs and upgrades can take between 3 to 14 working days from the date your payment is received (Australia) depending on parts availability and service times.
